TURNAROUND TIME, SHIPPING & RETURNS:
Q: I want to pick up my online order in person, how do I select that option?
A: At checkout, you will be asked to type in your address. As soon as you type in your Pennsylvania residence, the option for "pick-up-in-store" will be available to you. Select "pick-up in store."
Q: What shipping carrier do you use?
A: We use FedEx and are set up for ground shipping. If you need your order expedited, please call and we will make the necessary arrangements.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: First off, thank you for shopping at North Penn Art! We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a refund or a reprint. Please contact us by phone or email as soon as you notice an issue with your print. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Q: What is your turn-around time?
A: Our average turnaround time for printed products is 1 week and 7-14 days for acrylic prints. Over-sized canvases and large orders may take longer to produce. From mid-November to the end of December the production times may increase due to the holiday season. If your order is needed by a certain date, please contact us so that we can assist you further.
Q: Will you RUSH and order if I need it?
A: Yes, best practice is to call us and alert us of the date you need it by. You can also include a message with your order at check-out that specifies when you need your order. MOST rush orders do not incur any extra fee.
DIGITAL IMAGE UPLOAD BEST PRACTICES:
Q: What do I need to do to make sure I have given you the best image possible from my smart phone photos?
A: BEST PRACTICE: If possible, shoot your smart phone photos on the HD setting for best results and most options. Our software checks each uploaded image and provides you with available and maximum print sizes. It's all based on your image size and resolution when you shoot your photo. The higher the resolution when you take your photo, the more clear and detailed your prints will be, and the more options you will have for selecting your print size. Please call or email us if you need help.
Q: Why can't I select to print my image in a large size?
A: Because the image resolution you uploaded is to small and doesn't meet our minimum resolution standards. If you are choosing from photos you took with your smart phone, it's best if you take the photo with your HD setting "on." If you shoot on HD, you will have more large sizes available to you when you're selecting your size, and, your print will be more clear and detailed.
Q: I'm trying to select a size for a metal or acrylic print but your system will not let me choose the size I want. Why not?
A: You can pretty much select any size you want for paper/giclee or canvas prints. There are some sizes that are unavailable in metal and acrylic prints. Go back and select a size that's close, or select another medium like paper or canvas if you need an exact size.
Q: How do I select a custom size?
A: On the size page, scroll down to the very bottom of the list and click the button for "custom size." Then enter the size you want.
Q: Can you print larger that what the website says?
A: Yes, paper and canvas are your best options. Please call us to discuss.
